While reading this morning's online edition of the Utica Observer-Dispatch I came across the March 27th Minutes of the WCS Board: interesting!
And I am reminded to thank the Board for honoring me with the Community Member Recognition! That is special and I'm most appreciative!
Also, a reminder that there are two seats available on the Board and that petitions must be filed by April 16.
