Aha! NOW we know why a stretch of Route 315 never received it's final surfacing: the D.O.T. is replacing a culvert just North of the Cleary driveway.

The Editorial in today's edition of the Observer-Dispatch, citing Mohawk Valley history and local attractions, got my attention as did a list of Events taking place in Little Falls as part of their 20th Annual Canal Celebration.
